Two new customers are enjoying 5NINES SmartOffice—a newly expanded managed service offering that delivers hardware, software is often referred to as 'Information Technology As-a-Service' with. The biggest advantage the fixed monthly pricing that frees clients from the burden of IT ownership.
ZephRa Energy is a full-service design build construction company focused solely on utility scale renewable energy projects, recently deployed new computers, new laptops, and new Voice Over IP phone service for its employees, all provided and managed by 5NINES.

Earlier this month, Downtown Madison, Inc. left the world of slow computing and limited phone capabilities behind when they moved into their new space at 122 W. Washington Avenue. 5NINES now provides an outsourced and managed remote virtual server, with Hosted Exchange, and Hosted Voice Over IP phone service, all accessed by a 100Mb link to the 5NINES data center. The second phase of the SmartOffice deployment will convert their desktop computing to the Thin Client/Remote Desktop Services model.
“As a nonprofit, it’s hard to budget for and afford desktop equipment and servers, so we are very happy to leverage 5nines’ offsite technology. We love eliminating the hassle of maintaining our own equipment and systems”, said Rachel Weiker, the Director of Administration for Downtown Madison Inc.
