This is a guide on how to manage different aspects of your 5NINES Spam Filtering service

 

Accessing Your Settings

To access your settings for the spam filtering service you can click on the links in your quarantine summary emailed to you. One of links is Manage Your Allowed/Blocked List which will take you to the web portal.  You can also whitelist, blacklist, and deliver via the coinciding links in the quarantine message in your email inbox as highlighted below:

 

 

If you click on the sender you can view the body of the message

 

After whitelisting the following screen appears, it is the same for deliver, whitelist and delete. Note that messages older than 30 days will be removed automatically

From the Preferences tab you can choose between the following:

Whitelist/Blacklist:– choose who to allow and who to block

Quarantine settings:

Spam Settings:

Outlook Plugin

 You can also download and install the Barracuda Outlook Add-In from the link below

This will allow you to mark individual messages as spam or not directly from your Outlook client
