5NINES’ Insight is a Location Analytics tool that makes it easy to collect passive information about visitors to an event or physical space, simply by monitoring how they move around a space.
“Insight is like Google Analytics for the physical world,” says Matt Kirk, Lead Product Engineer at 5NINES. “Collected data from this Super Bowl event may help organizers better understand crowd dynamics which in turn can create greater experiences for their guests and customers.”
Insight uses WI-FI and Smart device technology to gather information such as number of visitors, arrival times, dwell times, most visited areas and other metrics.
